Our people strategy is designed to fulfil organizational strategy in the current and emerging business context. We have taken an integrated talent management approach that spans the complete employee life-cycle, through processes and functions like hiring, onboarding, continuous engagement, assessment and capability building, career development and career planning, leadership development, employee well-being and benefits and rewards.
