Approach
Like our previous reports, we continue to adopt the stakeholder format of reporting. Given that stakeholder inclusion and engagement is such a crucial cornerstone of the AA1000 and the GRI frameworks, we believe that the stakeholder format is more appropriate for focusing attention on key material aspects for each of the stakeholders. Each individual section on this report is structured as our response to concerns of the respective stakeholder identified through the materiality assessment. Additionally, for financial year 2016-17 we have followed the ISO26000 guidelines for reporting.
We have opted to conduct an independent assurance of our sustainability report as part of our company policy. DNV GL has been engaged to verify the content of this report.
